Beginner Passes

BEGINNERS AT FALLS CREEK

We have a huge variety of beginner friendly terrain including Wombats Ramble, Australia’s longest beginner run plus some of the country’s best intermediate terrain.

With the largest resort area in Victoria you’ll have plenty of space. Our extra wide groomed runs are ideal to get you cruising and practice your new technique.

When you arrive at Falls Creek, the best place to start is Falls Creek Sports at Quay West. Here you will find the resort’s largest rental outlet where we can arrange your rental gear, lift passes and lessons in one stop, quickly and easily.

Meet the friendly Falls Creek staff each morning at the base of the Falls Express Chairlift. Daily from 9:00am - 9:45am they’ll help you get to your lesson.

Single or multi-day class lessons are available for skiers and boarders of all levels. You’ll be amazed at the difference a lesson can make. Remember, lessons are even cheaper when you buy them together with your lift pass. Class lessons for all standards commence at 10:00am and 1:30pm daily with an extra beginner class lesson at 12:00noon.

Falls Beginners Ticket

The Falls Beginners ticket is ideal for those who have never skied before. The ticket includes an introductory lesson of 2 hours at the Snowsports School at the top of the Falls Express chairlift and use of Falls Express chairlift, Mouse Trap and Boardwalk for the day. It is also available with rental (skis, boots & poles or snowboard & boots).

* Lift access limited to Falls Express chairlift, Mouse Trap, and Board Walk.

If you’re new to the snow the best way to get the hang of skiing or snowboarding is to stay for a few days.

Day 1 & 2:
Access to Falls Express, Drover’s Dream, Gully & Eagle Chairs plus Mouse Trap, Monkey Bar and Boardwalk surface lifts with a 2 hour class lesson daily up to Level 2.
Day 3, 4 & 5:
Access to all lifts & terrain combined with a 2 hour class lesson each day. Child 6-14 years inclusive.

Located adjacent to the day car park at the base of the Falls Express Quad Chairlift.

Village Bowl Ticket Office
Offering exclusive lift/lesson/rental packages as well as a range of retail apparel. Falls Creek Sports boasts four handy locations - St Falls, Village Bowl, Silverski & Viking.

Gebi’s Ski Hire
Located on the main road at the entry to the resort, now offers ticketing facilities as well as a host of great rental and retail products.
