No – Cloud 9 has a fully licensed restaurant where you can purchase lunch. No BYO food is permitted.

No – Scenic Ride Tickets are for foot passengers only and no equipment is allowed to be taken up with you. Should you wish to ski or snowboard for the day, head to https://shop.skifalls.com.au/ to purchase your lift pass online.

No - You are permitted to walk around the immediate vicinity of Cloud 9 however are not able to walk on any ski runs due to the safety risks with skiers and oversnow vehicles.

Yes – all guests are required to purchase a pass. Children aged 0-4 years are $5

The Parent Pass will still be available for purchase to escort your child to and from ski school. This pass is $5 and can be loaded for as many days as children’s lessons are booked.

The parent pass allows access for 1 parent per paying child and allows 2 x return trips daily at drop off and collection time from ski school. Parent Pass holders are able access to the Cloud 9 restaurant.
