How do I use my voucher/s via my online account?
When you’re in your account and ready to make your purchase you can use only payment vouchers, which include snow credits & gift vouchers. When you proceed to the checkout continue to the payment section, here you will have the option to apply your voucher number and apply the credit. Please present all other vouchers at the counter in resort.

Can I transfer my snow credit to a friend?

How do I know if my Snowpass has been sent?
Snow passes are sent 24-48 hrs after purchasing. Please allow 14 days for arrival. Passes that start within 14 days will not be posted and can be collected in resort from one of the ticket counter.
My Snowpass hasn’t arrived in time, what should I do?
Please head to any of the ticket counters when you arrive in resort. There are four ticket counter locations. The Homebase, located under the QT in Slalom Plaza, Base One, located in the Village Bowl, Base Two, located behind Astra and below SliverSki Apartments and The Slalom Plaza ticket counter, located outside in Slalom Plaza below the Plaza stairs.
How do I reload my Snowpass?
Create an account or log into an existing account on shop.skifalls.com.au to reload your Snowpass card.
The webstore does not recognise my Snowpass when I select ‘Reuse Existing Snowpass’?
Please check your logs in details are correct, if the issue persists please contact tickets@fallscreek.net as you may have duplicate accounts.
I made a date error when making my purchase, how can I amend the date?
Please contact tickets@fallscreek.net who will be able to help you amend the dates. Please note there may be price variances in the dates you’ve accidentally book and the dates you wish to book.
Why can’t I select and purchase a group lesson for my 3 - 5 year old?
Snowclub lessons can be purchased online as either a half day product, including lunch, or a full day product, lunch, snacks and drinks included. If you wish to book your 3-5year old into an afternoon lesson only this will have to be arranged in resort.
Why can’t I purchase a Snowpass for my 3 – 5 year old?
You can purchase a lift pass including a Snowpass, If you require a new Snowpass card only for your child, this can be purchased at a ticket counter in resort for $5.
I nominated to collect my equipment from Base One, can I pick it up from another location?
Yes, you can collect from any of the Falls Creek rental locations. The other rental locations are The Homebase, located under the QT in Slalom Plaza, and Base Two, located behind Astra and below SliverSki Apartments
My Snowpass number does not match the number on my account?
Please email our ticketing team who can further assist with your enquiry, tickets@fallscreek.net
Why is there no group lesson option for my 6 – 17 year old?
Children aged between 6 – 14 can attend the Junior Workshop Program. The meeting place for Junior workshop is to the left of Cloud 9 once you disembark Halley’s Comet.

Children 15+ can attend Adult group lessons. Intermediate and above skiers and boarders can participate in our full day Teen Program.
I’ve been given a Gift Voucher, can I redeem it on line and does it cover retail?
Yes, these can be redeemed online and over the counter, they are vailed on lift, lesson, rental and retail products
I’ve been given a Gift Voucher do I need to create an account?
Yes, you will need to create an account to complete your purchase and use your gift voucher.
I am 70+ how do I purchase my lift ticket online?
You will still need to create an account despite your ticket being free of charge. Once you have in put your details you will be able to purchase a lift ticket through the normal check out process.
I am 65+ how do I purchase my lift ticket online?
You will still need to create an account, once you select your age the discount will automatically be applied to your cart and allow you to check out as with any other transaction.
How do I upload a photo on my account?
Head to the ‘manage your group’ section and select ‘new photo’. This can be completed during the checkout process.
I only want to rent skis and poles or boots only; why can’t I select this as an option?
You will receive the biggest discount when you book your rentals in advance and online, you will unlock the greatest discount by purchasing skis, boots, and poles together, and forgoing the boots when you collect your items. For Demo equipment please see our rental locations when you’re in resort.
Do I need to upload a photo?
Yes, all passes are required to have a photo
I lost or misplaced my Snowpass card, what should I do?
When you’re in resort head to one of the Falls Creek ticket counters to purchase a new one for $5.
I injured myself skiing or snowboarding; how do I submit a request for refund or credit?
If you are injured while skiing or boarding you may be eligible for a refund or credit. In order for our team to assist, you will need to email tickets@fallscreek.net with a medical certificate and information about the incident. You can also visit any ticket location and speak to one of our friendly staff.
Can I book the Ski Valet online?
Ski Valet cannot be booked online, you will need to organise Ski Valet in resort, head to The Snow Zone, which is located under the QT in Slalom Plaza and speak to one of our friendly team members.
