Sunshine on the way

Ruined Castle and Scott chairs will be on hold today as we assess snow conditions. Please avoid riding down this area until further notice as you will not be able to board the lift out. For updates on all open lifts, head to our lifts and terrain page.

Following some early cloud cover, conditions are expected to clear and we are looking towards a beautiful sunny day on the mountain, with the sunshine continuing for the rest of the week. The top temperature forecast for today is 7°C and winds are expected to stay light to moderate.

If you are heading out for a day on the slopes, please take extra care in off-piste areas, as recent weather has created new holes and uncovered terrain features that may not be immediately visible. The grooming team has been working hard to restore the open runs, and will continue to do so over the coming days. Keep an eye on the Falls Creek app for updates on lift and terrain status throughout the day.

Make sure you are dressed for changing weather conditions as the day warms up, a layered approach will keep you comfortable as the conditions change.
