What to bring along

You will need to have a valid Snow Pass card, with a lift pass loaded onto it. You will also need to be suited up with your snow gear, helmet, skis and boots or snowboard and boots. Pre-purchase your life pass and rentals online to save yourself time and money by clicking here

Falls Creek's Helmet policy requires that all participants in children's snowsports programs, plus any programs that access our terrain parks, race courses or similar activities wear an approved snowsports helmet. Click here to view Falls Creek's Helmet Policy.

Lesson Times

Start times will vary depending on which private lesson you have booked. Please ensure you know the start time of your lesson and allow enough time to travel from your accommodation to the meeting area, located in Cloud 9.

Meeting Area

Your private lesson will commence at Cloud 9, which is located at the Top of Halley's Comet chairlift. When you leave the chairlift, you will see a red sign on your left that reads Private Lesson Meet Here. Your instructor will meet you there, ready to go!

We recommend that you allow at least half an hour to line up for Halley's Comet chairlift. You will also need to be suited up with your snow gear, helmet, and ski or board equipment. If you require rentals, it is highly recommended that you organise this at least the night before your lesson to save you time, especially on the weekend.

By purchasing a private lesson, you are agreeing to be bound by the following:

  • Private lessons are subject to availability;
  • All private lessons must be paid for in full at time of booking;
  • Prices and programs are subject to change without notice.

Amendments and Cancellations

  • Amendments are subject to availability;
  • Amendments and cancellations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the lesson start time;
  • Private lessons cannot be amended or cancelled within 48 hours of the lesson start time;
  • No refunds will be issued for missed lessons due to lateness or weather conditions;
