Snow has arrived + more on the way!
Good morning from Falls Creek! Snow started falling overnight, with flurries making their way into the village and bringing back that true winter feel.
Today’s temperatures will range from 0°C to 1°C, with wet and wintry conditions expected throughout the day. More snowfall is forecast overnight, so rug up before heading outside and enjoy the return of winter.
While we’re excited to see the snow arriving, there won’t be enough cover to get skiing and boarding operational today. Our team will continue making the most of every opportunity, and we’ll keep you updated as conditions improve.
Halley’s Comet lift in Slalom Plaza will be open for scenic chairlift rides daily (10am – 3pm) and for access to Cloud 9 Restaurant. We currently have a special deal on offer - buy 1 adult ticket and get 1 child free on scenic rides! Our snowmaking team will be making snow at every opportunity, and we’ll be keeping a close eye on conditions to open for skiing and boarding as soon as we are able to!
