Fresh snow at Falls Creek!

Posted 17 June 2025

Snowy mornings, fresh turns, and winter wonderland vibes at Falls Creek.

Mother Nature has graced us with 11.5cm of fresh snow overnight, with more snow showers expected to roll through the day. The gum trees are once again dressed in white, transforming the village into a winter wonderland.

This is exactly the kind of start we love to see for the season, setting us up with a strong base and creating fantastic conditions on the slopes. Our grooming team was out bright and early, working their magic to deliver 17 perfectly prepped runs for another great day on the mountain.

With more cold temps in the forecast, our snowmaking crew will continue to fire up the Techno Alpin snow guns at every opportunity, working together with Mother Nature to build on the base and set us up for a great school holidays ahead!

As this current snowstorm clears, we’re likely in for a few stunning bluebird days later in the week, just in time for Group Lessons to kick off from June 21. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned rider, our passionate instructors will help you level up your skills, explore new parts of Falls Creek, and make some new friends along the way.
