Cloud 9 Scenic Tickets enable guests to ride Halley's Comet Chair to Cloud 9.
Available as a single return trip only, guests are permitted to visit Cloud 9 Restaurant only, and are not allowed to walk on any ski runs due to safety risks with skiers and over snow vehicles.
Cloud 9 Scenic Ticket is available for use between the hours of 11am and 3pm, and all guests must have loaded for return by 4pm.
The tickets are not available during specific periods, including 29 June to 21 July, and all Saturday’s and Sunday’s during July & August.
To be able to ride as a foot passenger each person must have the ability to move to the load point, ride and unload with minimal assistance.
*Tickets for children aged 4 and under are only available for purchase in resort. Infants are not permitted in baby carriers and must be able to walk with minimal assistance to purchase a ticket.

All guests riding the chair are required to have a Mountain Access Card. These are allocated to one guest during the purchase process and can be reused from season to season. These cards cannot be transferred or shared between guests. Cost of the card is $5 per person and can be purchased when purchasing your Cloud 9 Scenic Ticket.

Cloud 9 Scenic Tickets can be purchased on the day from Falls Creek Sports – Slalom Plaza and online.
No - toboggans are not permitted to be taken.
No – Cloud 9 has a fully licensed restaurant where you can purchase lunch. No BYO food is permitted.
No – Scenic Ride Tickets are for foot passengers only and no equipment is allowed to be taken up with you. Should you wish to ski or snowboard for the day, head to https://shop.skifalls.com.au/ to purchase your lift pass online.

If you are not skiing, we have a ‘Parent Access Pass’ available for purchase to escort your child to and from ski school. The Parent Access Pass allows foot access for 1x parent per paying child and allows 2x return trips daily on Halley’s Comet Chairlift at drop off and collection time from ski school.
This pass is $5 and can be loaded for as many days as children’s lessons are booked. Due to the safety risks with skiers and over snow vehicles, you are only permitted to drop off children at Ski School and enter Cloud 9 restaurant and are not allowed to walk on any ski run.
The Parent pass is available for purchase at Falls Creek Sports, Slalom Plaza and Falls Creek Sports, Village Bowl.
